Clive Kelly, accompanied by his wife Barbara and his father Ronald, spoke on the Knight Templars with an emphasis on Garway and the Welsh and Scottish wars. It was very well attended and well received. 

Clive was dressed in an authentic (and extremely heavy) costume complete with armour and chain mail as King Edward 1st  with his squire and a cloistered Templar knight.

It was standing room only in Garway Hall tonight, a lot of appreciative jazz aficionados enjoying the mesmerising tunes of Nuadha.  The audience demanded an encore and weren't disappointed with a beautiful rendition of What a Wonderful World.  The very talented quartet were expanded to five for the evening with a very special guest percussionist.

Some windy weather meant that the carols on the common had to relocate to the hall but we still had a visit from Santa and some jolly reindeer.  The very capable Singing Tree Community Choir led the festive singing.

A big audience for another fantastic evening at the hall. The band were superb, the food was excellent and everybody really enjoyed themselves. 

A fabulous feast of Moroccan food and culture, served by Liz Lloyd and The Garway SPICE girls that raised £3000 for Education for All, Morocco which was matched by a generous donor.  If you want to know more or donate please visit www.efamorocco.org

What a fabulous afternoon at Garway Village Hall for our first trustees village family party.  So lovely that so many families and friends came along to catch up with each other, partake in some of Rich Sparey's delicious food, sup Pimms, jump around on the bouncy castle (just the children!) and generally have fun.

A fantastic evening of beautiful, stirring voices from Monmouth Male Voice Choir and as ever, fabulous food served up by Christine and the team with the SPICE girls and Garway Live.  A great event.  

What a wonderful way to round off 2023 and a very happy new year to all our party guests.  A great crowd, good music and so nice to celebrate the end of the old and start of the new year with such a lovely bunch of people.

Our first Christmas fair was such a fantastic event.  Some amazing goodies for sale, delicious food and mulled wine. Thanks so much to everyone involved, the trustees, the friends and families that helped, the stallholders and of course all the people that came and joined us.

A very atmospheric evening of music by the very talented Sax Appeal.  Featuring superb vocals from Deb Parry and quality saxophone playing by Julie Kimber, the audience were on their feet dancing by the end.  Delicious food also served and a great crowd.
